Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges for items with manufacturing defects or damage. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for items with verified defects or damage.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 - 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
