For normal orders within the Melbourne area, your order will be dispatched and delivered within 1–3 business days.

Orders over $70 qualify for free delivery. Orders under $70 will incur a $5 delivery fee.

Same-day delivery

If you require same-day delivery, please contact us via email, Instagram, or WeChat.

A $5 express fee may apply for this service.

During busy periods, such as sales or new product launches, please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

For regions outside Melbourne, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered via Australia Post eParcel.

Delivery times depend on your destination postcode, and detailed estimates are available at www.auspost.com.au. For example, orders to NSW typically take 1–3 business days to arrive.

• Shipping Fees for Orders Outside Melbourne:

  • Orders over $120 qualify for Free Delivery.

  • Orders under $120:

    • $10 for standard shipping

    • $15 for express shipping
